Cancellation Guidelines

1. Before packets are sealed

Ask for a hold through Track & Support while the order is still in the packing queue. Prepaid amounts for accepted holds are refunded in full.

2. After packets leave the desk

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, cancellation ends. COD buyers may refuse delivery at the door; prepaid buyers use the Seed Quality Guarantee for eligible issues only.

3. Refund cadence

Approved prepaid refunds are started within 5–7 business days toward the original payment rail.
