2. What we list

Our catalogue covers vegetable, flower, forage, fruit seeds for planting, herb, spice, and specialty seed lines under HSN 1209. Pack weight, count and variety are stated on each listing. Natural colour or size variation within the same sowing grade is expected and is not a defect.

3. Buyer duties

• Be 18 years or older when confirming checkout.
• Provide a complete delivery pin code, landmark and phone number that couriers can reach.
• Safeguard account credentials and tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
• Use purchased seeds for lawful sowing and household garden purposes.

4. Price display and settlement

Prices appear in Indian Rupees. Checkout shows the payable total before you confirm. We accept UPI prepaid settlement and Cash on Delivery in serviceable zones. A COD desk fee of ₹49 may appear before you place the order.

5. When an order binds

An order binds after prepaid capture or COD confirmation. We may refuse or reverse orders for stock shortfalls, courier blackouts, suspected misuse or obvious pricing mistakes, with refund of any amount already collected.

6. Sowing goods notice

Sowing goods are viability-sensitive. Germination after delivery depends on variety, transit time, and how you store the packets after receipt. We cannot guarantee identical viability for every lot.

7. Law and venue

These conditions follow the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this storefront.
