1. Picking and packing

Confirmed orders enter the pack queue within one business day when stock allows. Seeds ship in moisture-safe foil packets inside labelled outer cartons.

2. Carriage windows

Major metros usually receive packets in 2–4 business days. Other open pin codes typically arrive in 4–7 business days. Holidays, storms and courier congestion can extend these windows.

3. Carriage fees

Prepaid baskets at or above ₹500 ship free. COD baskets may include the desk fee shown at checkout. We may decline or surcharge pin codes outside our partner network.

4. On arrival

Open the carton in front of the courier when damage is visible, note it on the POD where possible, and alert the seed desk the same day.
