1. Packing promise

Every lot is quality-checked before dispatch. Moisture-safe foil packets and cushioned outer cartons protect sowing-grade seeds in transit.

2. Claims we honour

• Wrong variety or pack size versus the confirmed invoice.
• Damaged, crushed, or moisture-compromised packets clearly caused during shipping.
• Missing items from a paid order line.

3. Claims we decline

• Natural colour or size variation within the same seed grade.
• Claims after packets have been opened, sown, or discarded.
• Missed deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or unanswered phone calls.

4. How to file

Write within 24 hours of delivery to seeds@appilyfifty.com or open Track & Support. Attach the order number and clear photos of the outer carton and affected packets. Approved outcomes may be replacement, store credit or refund.
